Such a short night!
Two new resolutions: sleep more and eat breakfast.

I’ve been experimenting with overnight oats as I usually don’t have time for breakfast in the morning, which – I think – is the root of my nibbling problem.
Yes, by 10 am I’m usually starving and start to pick here and there, not taking the time to sit down. And of course, when lunch time comes, I’m not hungry anymore; and the nibbling process just goes on and on until I’m home.
So I figured that I’d better find a way to have breakfast before I leave the house. Oats are perfect. For today’s, I mixed 70g oat flakes with around 250mL of coconut “milk” (a blend of coconut milk and water with only 20 kcals/100mL) and half a teaspoon of agave syrup. I didn’t realise it was a thing until I googled overnight oats, and frankly started to wonder where the hell I’d been for the past ten years!
