Sarah’s life-changing loaf of bread


A recipe I’ve been meaning to try for ages. I’m pretty happy with my home-baked pumpernickel – which I love to pack with loads of sunflower and pumpkin seeds – but Sarah‘s grain-free bread sounds like something I would love too.

135g sunflower seeds
90g flax seeds
65g hazelnuts or almonds
145g rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp psyllium seed husks
1 tsp fine grain sea salt (add ½ tsp. if using coarse salt)
45g melted coconut oil or ghee
350g water
